Extended description
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-CDC6 (Ser106) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 5 μM Nocodazole for 20 hours. Cells were lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
